Insulated Silos for maple sap and granular

Range size from 30 000 up to 180 000 liters, with auto-cleaning system integrated, ideal for oversized maple production

This equipment can also apply for any industrial food production needs (milk, granulars, etc.)

This equipment is a great solution for all large maple syrup production:  

- No heating costs

- Isolation: Keeps the temperature of the inlet water: increase of decrease the temperature by 0.5°C per day with a differential of 30°C with the outside temperature. It prevents freezing of liquid. 

- No need of a building as for conventionnal sap tanks

- No maintenance and heating costs over a building

- No taxes (it's considerated as an agricultural equipment)

- Better production management

- Reduction of boiling labor and cleaning of sap tanks

- Less stress: no overflow sap tank alarms.

- Stainless steel 304K construction

- Inside and outside welding passivation 

- Interior bottom with slope (determined with the client)

- Mounted on treated and painted steel base

- Manhole positioned at the bottom of the silo

- 3" ferrule overflow

- 21" vent 

- 3" input (located inside the silo) 

- 2 lifting rings for handling
